Our Process
Architect Plan Review & Submission Ready
We review the architectural and structural drawings provided by your architect (floor layouts, elevations, sections, and site plans) for FSI/FAR, setbacks, and height compliance specific to each authority, then prepare a complete submission set.
Structural Calculations & Certificates
We coordinate structural stability certificates from empanelled engineers, a mandatory requirement for multi-storey and commercial structures, including soil test reports and foundation documentation required by the authority.
